결제 취소 및 환불
- 회사는 구매 계약을 체결한 고객사에게 아래와 같이 결제 취소 및 환불을 제공합니다.
① 최초 구매일로부터 7일 이내에, 본 서비스를 사용하지 않은 경우, 결제 취소가 가능합니다.
② 고객사가 유료 서비스를 이용하면서 이용료를 지급한 이용기간의 중간에 유료 서비스 상품을 해지하더라도 해당 기간의 종료일까지는 변경 전의 유료 서비스를 계속 이용할 수 있으며, 회사는 잔여 기간에 상응하는 이용료를 반환하지 않습니다.
- 회사의 귀책사유로 서비스를 정상적으로 이용할 수 없는 경우, 결제 취소 또는 환불을 제공합니다.
Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Docenty AI provides payment cancellation and refunds to customers who have entered into a purchase agreement under the following conditions:
① Cancellation of payment is possible within 7 days from the initial purchase date if the service has not been used.
② If a customer terminates a paid service subscription mid-term, after having paid for the service, they may continue to use the existing paid service until the end of the term. However, Docenty AI does not refund the fee for the remaining period.
- If customers cannot properly utilize the services due to an error on the part of Docenty AI, payment cancellation or a refund will be offered.
